Our Fees

Real Estate Advisory & Consulting

  • For real property transactions that equal or exceed $5,000,000 BH|RE charges a flat $10,000 consultation fee, with 50% of the consultation fee due upon signing and the remainder due upon the earliest of either (a) contract close or (b) 6 months after retention.
  • For real property transactions under $5,000,000, please inquire for a customized quote that would be commensurate to the size of the transaction.

Real Estate Brokerage

Fees vary between 3-6% of the real property transaction and are dependent on whether BH|RE acts as the seller’s broker or the buyer’s broker.
